The Squaw Creek Ditch Company is a private, shareholder-owned, non-profit corporation formed in 1896 and has irrigation water rights for 1,327 acres within the IDWR place of use also designated in 65-2379, 65-3043, and 65-3044 Snake River Basis Adjudication decrees.
Monthly Board Meeting Schedule
Open to all shareholders who have issues to bring to the board or who need space to meet on ditch business such as a Ditch Committee or Lateral Association. The board meetings will held at 7pm at the Syringa Hall on the following dates.

  • Monday, March 4th
  • Monday, April 1st
  • Monday, May 6th
  • Monday, June 3rd
  • Monday, July 1st
  • Monday, August 5th
  • Monday, September 9th

Ditch Safety

  • Stay out of the ditch; no swimming, no fishing.
  • Keep a safe distance from the edge.
  • Teach children about ditch safety.
  • Teach your children to swim.
  • Ditches may have chemicals.
  • Don’t let your animals swim in the ditch.
